6 easy steps to selling your home


Marketing Your Property
We work proactively and know that the initial 2 weeks of listing your property is the most important period and aim to achieve a realistic offer for your property within 6 weeks.
We’ll start with arranging an appointment to visit your home to take photographs and measure up for the floorplan, and generally prepare our literature ready to launch to market. You always get to review a draft brochure and make any amendments you feel necessary, we like to work with our Vendors to make sure you are 100% happy and satisfied before we launch to market!
Once the property is listed to the online portals we will match out your property to our database and conduct proactive call out sessions to personally discuss your home with potential buyers. We also offer a ‘Property Launch’ to suitable properties, depending on your desired timeframe to sell – this can be a great tool to really maximise interest. It works similar to an open house event, however in a much more structured and organised format! Ask your HOP valuer for more information if this marketing method is of interest to you.


Updates & Review
Throughout the marketing we will give you updates on when viewings are booked, and aim to deliver feedback with 24 hours of the viewing. We like to get as in-depth feedback as possible from viewers as this can help guide the selling process if there’s any changes that need to be made to the listing etc further into the process.
We bring any offers to you straight away along with key information such as the buyers position and financial position, and then offer advice throughout the negotiation process. We can also send you across Rightmove and Zoopla figures to show how your property is fairing with online interest, if stats are your thing!
If for any reason your property hasn’t sold within the desired timeframe then we can arrange to visit you at your home, or a scheduled chat over the telephone if you prefer, to review the interest levels and create a plan to move forward. We don’t just simply list your property, sit back and expect it to sell – we’re a proactive agent and remember with our no sale, no fee promise we are incentivised to get your property sold!
