The owner does not need to funds those works, but would get a share in uplift once it is sold. HOP Investments would fully fund and undertake the works, utilising our expert project team of architects, planning consultants, and contractors, and project manage it from start to finish. Once works are finished, the property can be marketed in the usual way. On successful completion, the sales revenue and any profit is shared, repaying costs to each party.
