In 2009, we started out as a pure letting’s agency offering property management across Leeds – Let Leeds – our goal was to offer a more dynamic and innovative service to the tenants and landlords of Leeds. . At the start, Let Leeds was the perfect name for us. We did exactly what it said on the tin, and we soon became the leading independent Letting Agency in Leeds.
For over 11 years our customers have known us as Let Leeds and that name has served us well. But as of Summer 2020, we would like to introduce ourselves as HOP.
You’ll recognise us by our familiar purple colour, our iconic house-shaped boards and the same friendly team, along with a couple of key additions. As HOP, we are excited to now offer Sales and Block Management, alongside our award-winning Lettings service.
Creating happy homes is still at the heart of our business. Whether it’s a property to rent, a home to buy, or ensuring the efficient management of a block, homes are where our heart is.

We are incredibly proud of our award wins, which most recently includes the Best Estate Agent Award, officially recognising us as in the top 3% of letting agents in the whole of the UK.
