From the 3rd January 2012 you can book viewings in any of our Leeds student flats and houses with our lettings guys, if and when you find the right one for you, simply pay your application fee of £60 by card or over the phone and complete the student accommodation application form online. We will also take a deposit of £250 per Tenant.
Once the application fee of £60 per Tenant, as well as the deposit of £250 per Tenant is paid, and the application forms have been completed online, we will then carry out previous landlord searches and apply for a Guarantor to guarantee your Tenancy. We can complete this within 24 hours if you provide us with the correct information.
Once all is in place we will send you a Tenancy Agreement to sign and send back, and that’s it finished! We love making moving simple!!
To claim your £50 cash back you’ll need to ensure your Tenancy is signed and completed prior to the 31st March 2012. The offer is only open to Students.
Information on Student Deposits:
Our standard Student Tenant deposit is £250 per Tenant. This is completely refundable at the end of the Tenancy, provided you have not damaged the property!
The minimum deposit is £250 per person; however, on some of our ‘luxury’ properties the deposit may be higher. For example, on some of our luxury Leeds student accommodation we may charge a £300 or £350 per Tenant deposit. This will be advertised in the marketing material for the particular property and we will make it very clear from the outset that the deposit for a particular property will be charged. This would normally be due to expensive properties, furnishings, electronics or higher rents.
The deposit is held in a government backed deposit protection scheme. We use the DPS to protect all of our deposits.
**Terms and Conditions – Student £50 cash back:
Each Tenant must present their £50 cashback card to an agent or administrator of Let-Leeds prior to securing the property (ie) prior to paying an application fee
The Leeds student property application must be completed prior to 31st March 2012. For the avoidance of doubt this means an application fee of £60 and a deposit of at least £250 must have been paid by each and every student tenant for the property prior to 31st March 2012.
On some properties we may be able to negotiate a lower rent on the property. If the negotiation on the rent of the property exceed the £50 cash back, then no cash back is payable.
