What do you do at HOP?
I am the Senior Lettings Negotiator for our busy Leeds City Centre branch. That means it’s my job to deal with any enquiries, carrying out viewings and meeting prospective new tenants and everything in between. I am also a Valuer, which means I also undertake market appraisals to help Landlords understand the rental values they can achieve when letting their property.
Why did you join HOP?
After meeting with some of the team, I was made to feel extremely welcome from day one. The role is a brilliant opportunity for me to take the next step in my career and further expand my property knowledge.
What are your hobbies?
I play football on a Saturday and Sunday (or try to at least!), enjoy seeing shows, festivals, playing computer games and a love a good Netflix series binge.
An interesting fact about you?
I once broke a world record (with 23 other people) for the longest basketball game ever played (72 hours). It got beaten a few months later but we did make it into the Guinness Book of World Records!
What is your dream home?
The dream would be multiple homes: a lovely little country cottage in the Lake District to retreat to along with a number of villas across the world to jet off to and soak up the sun and relax whenever I felt the need! Obviously they all would have the obligatory hot tub!
