Here at Let-Leeds we pride ourselves on customer service, award-winning business practice as well as state of the art software to keep ourselves in the forefront of lettings in Leeds.
And now we’re excited to offer an inside look to students at Leeds Trinity University with an interest in marketing, business or lettings in general.
We’ve worked with students before on their placements and have had nothing but positive results; we’re certain that you’ll not only enjoy your time with us, but will leave having gained valuable business experience as well as a real insight into what it takes to make it in the lettings industry.
We’ve got two openings in different parts of the business, which are Business Administration and Property Marketing and Business Administration and Operations.
Both of these placements will require a confident telephone manner and good interpersonal skills. It is vital that you can provide excellent customer service, work well under pressure and are well organised and self motivated. Finally, it helps if you have an interest in property!
Please see below for the job descriptions for each placement opportunity:
Business Adminstration and Property Marketing
Create a strategy and organise all aspects of the company’s Property Marketing campaign during the placement including managing Let-Leeds Social Media to market properties for let, measure and create floorplans, dress properties and take internal photos, update properties on software.
Business Administration and Operations
We are looking for the placement student to come up with an idea on how we can improve our applications process. The student will create a process improvement, then deliver this to staff by training staff how to carry this out. Ultimately you will be streamlining one of our processes and this will be very important to the business.
If you are interested in either of these positions, you can contact Nikki Eastwood at Leeds Trinity University or call us on 0113 244 5669 to arrange an interview or for more information.
