Students
We are looking for 3 Students to work on a Part Time basis for us, either from home or from our office in Park Lane House in Leeds.
We have 3 positions available; we pay at least £7 per hour for all our positions.
PART TIME LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR
Our first position is working as a lettings negotiator on a part time basis, you will be carrying out viewings on certain properties, managing your own time, viewings, taking calls, advertising properties, negotiating rents and working closely with the office during the application process and Tenant check in. You’ll be helping us let properties in all the best Student areas such as Hyde Park, Headingley and Burley Park. Have a quick look at the some of the Leeds student accommodation services we offer. You’ll definitely need a car otherwise you’ll not be able to get around! You also need a mobile phone and a laptop. Top of the list is a bubbly, confident personality and a hard working and organised mindset. If this sounds like you, please get in touch. PART TIME ONLINE MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR
The second position is office based; we need a creative thinker for this position. You’ll be helping us with our online marketing. This will include looking after our social media, organising our PR, releasing news articles and lots of clever writing and thinking really. Whilst you do this you’ll also be helping us with some general office administration, so it’s a bit of a two in one! If you’re enthusiastic, confident and bubbly I’m sure you’ll fit in well here. We all work really hard though so we don’t want any slackers! Have a quick look at the some of the Leeds student accommodation services we offer. You won’t need a car for this one, but if you fancy doing some work from home you’ll need a laptop. PART TIME STUDENT REP
Our third position is working as a Student Rep. Our Student Rep will help us let Student properties to groups of Students during December and January. If you’re a confident person, with a bubbly personality and some sales skills you’ll be able to earn some great commissions by working closely with us during the peak Leeds Student letting season.
