Marketing role vacancy at Let-Leeds

The main bits:

  • Start date – late April / early May
  • Salary range between £14k to £18k dependant on previous working experience
  • Hours Tuesday to Saturday 9 am to 6 pm

We are looking for: 

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, hard working, self disciplined
  • 1 or 2 years experience in online marketing
  • A pasion for property
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Experience in online content writing, or social media or journalism

The job role:

  • Email marketing – Liasing with potential tenants using weekly ’Brief your market’ emails, increasing engagement and awareness, actively building number and quality of database
  • Landlord email marketing – creating informative industry news, articles and offers and offers using BYM software
  • Building Marketing Database – adding new landlords to the database, building number and quality of landlords on database
  • Cold calling private adverts and adding new business to the database
  • Marketing to Landlords via print: Newspaper and Magazine PR and article submission
  • Brochure Drops – arrange print and circulation of ‘Let in your development/street’, brochure drops and canvassing
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction: following up feedback from viewings, customer satisfaction surveys
  • Website marketing and basic SEO such as creating property videos and area guide videos
  • Website Content: re-writing and adding new content to the site as well as writing informativbe and engaging posts and news articles for the website
  • Managing social media activity – running linkedIn, facebook and twitter accounts commercially, running facebook competitions, ensuring engaging content, targeted to increase engagement professionally both from Landlords and Tenants
  • Raising profile of the business through arranging or participating at Networking events, speeches, charity events, Landlord or graduate fairs and shows
  • Helping out in the office on day to day tasks such as viewings, taking phone calls etc during busy periods
