Arc Inspirations are soon to add to their rapidly growing list of venues in Leeds city centre, this time with a New York-style cocktail bar and restaurant called Manahatta, located in Leeds Grand Arcade – formerly the home of the BED nightclub.
The 9,000 sq ft venue will host two separate bars over two floors, offering a range of cocktails, a varied wine list, and a food menu inspired by the incredibly diverse culinary offerings of New York. The menu will include dishes by chef Anthony Flynn, including signature dishes such as The Lepane Tomohawk Ribeye and Black Cod with New England Chowder.
To ensure authenticity, a group of architects, designers, and members of the food and drink team were sent on a mission to New York to investigate and absorb the qualities of the hospitality scene for which that city is world famous.
Martin Wolstencroft, managing director of Arc Inspirations LLP said, “New York is at the cutting edge of the world’s food and drink offer and we are taking the best from there and bringing it to Leeds. We look forward to opening Manahatta and celebrating in this unique Northern Quarter of the city.”
Manahatta will be Arc Inspirations 12th venue in Yorkshire, and will open to the public on November 8.
