WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a professional, energetic and confident person to deliver excellent customer service to our landlords and tenants.

You will be organised, hardworking and dedicated with an excellent telephone manner. You will have office administration experience as a minimum, and preferably some experience in the lettings industry and a passion for property.

WHAT YOUR JOB WILL ENTAIL

Your job will be to provide administrative support to the Lettings Team in a range of duties, including; Dealing with clients face to face, over the phone and via email, referencing tenants, creating and amending lettings agreements and inventories, administering payments received from tenants, diary management, assisting with the marketing of properties dealing with utility providers and maintain accurate records of key movements.

HOURS OF WORK

42 Hours per week. 9.30 am to 6.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday. Wednesdays and Sundays off.

START DATE

Start date – January 2014.

SALARY

Salary ranges from £15,000 dependent upon experience with yearly wage reviews.

JOB ROLE

Dealing with tenants and enquiries, taking leads, qualifying tenants, adding applicants to the database. Up to 40 calls per day.

Selling services to Tenants, gaining feedback from viewings, passing feedback to landlords, references, chasing paperwork, chasing rental arrears.

Tenancy Applications – Highly targeted to be completed within 7 days, Collecting tenant fees and holding deposit by card over the phone, sending out receipts, set up tenancy on CFP, check through application, assess whether guarantors are required, create tenancy agreements, carry out credit checks, Collect ID and bank statements, references, set up deposits, set up Utilities and council tax, book move ins, diarise property inspections.
