Moving into a Let-Leeds property this summer?

Excellent News! We’re almost there. Over the next few weeks we will be inspecting properties, arranging for keys to be returned and preparing properties for your arrival. Please ensure that if you are picking up keys on Sunday 1st July 2012, you have booked a time to collect your keys to avoid queuing! Due to the number of Tenants collecting keys on Sunday 1st July 2012, we will not be able to carry out an assisted viewing, however a representative will arrange to meet you at the property within 14 days of moving in. Move-ins on all other days will be assisted check ins with your personal letting negotiator, who will show you where the boiler is and how to work it, where your meters are as well as taking your opening meter readings.

As you probably already know, we love MAKING MOVING SIMPLE, so we will arrange for the meter readings to be passed to the correct energy suppliers as well as letting the council Tax and Yorkshire water know that you’ve moved in. We also offer a Virgin Broadband service with a £35 welcome credit, so please be quick if you want Virgin broadband set up and running for the day you move in. At the property you will be given a Welcome pack and a feedback sheet where you can record any information for us! I’m sure you’ll enjoy renting a property through Let-Leeds!
