HOP provides a 24/7 maintenance response to its managed portfolio and tenants.

At HOP, we have team of highly skilled tradespeople who have been cherry picked by our team. As part of our Managed Service, our contractors will carry out any required work at properties across Leeds on behalf of our landlords. We are on call throughout the week and will diagnose further action within 24 hours of a problem being reported by a landlord or tenant.

Dealing with our team of trusted contractors

We love property and that’s why we always treat it as if it was our own. As part of our Managed Service, HOP will obtain quotes, book the contractors, arrange access, provide notice to tenants, and deal with the invoices – ensuring the whole process is as hassle-free for you as possible.

Contractor charges are deducted from your monthly rental income, unless it is agreed that the works are to be paid for in advance, or for larger works in excess of £600.

Once we have received a tenant request through our automated system, we’ll take appropriate action; responding to any urgent incidents within 24 hours and, for non-urgent incidents, we’ll respond within 7 working days. We also offer Out of Hour Emergency Support.

For any special requests such as new furniture or a request to redecorate, tenants are asked to give full details in writing, which we will then pass on to the landlord for consideration.

For tenants in managed properties, we offer 24/7 repair reporting, giving them the ability to report maintenance requests simply and easily online.

We operate a fully automated online reporting system for property repairs and maintenance. Our clever system ensures that all requests are properly logged, with give full details in writing – and even with pictures – to allow us to then respond to their request.

Our Out of Hours Emergency Maintenance Service offers complete peace of mind that your tenants are being taken care of by our team of trusted contractors, even at the weekends or over the holidays.
