HOP are on call throughout the week and will attend to diagnose further action within 24 hours of a problem being reported by a Landlord or Tenant.

We have a team of Tradesmen who will carry out any required work at a fixed rate for any remedial actions required available for all Landlords on a Fully Managed scheme.

You are also welcome to get your own quotes or carry out any work yourself.

HOP will charge an Admin Fee of £10 per item, which will include obtaining quotes, booking the tradesmen as well as paying and dealing with the invoices. Any labour or materials charged will then be deducted from your monthly Rental Income.

We love property and that’s why we always treat it as if it was our own. When we deal with any issues the Tenant requests we’ll take action within 24 hours for any urgent incidents, for non-urgent incidents, we’ll respond within 7 working days and for special requests such as new furniture or a request to redecorate, Tenants are asked to give full details in writing, which we will pass on to the landlord for consideration.
