We love property and that’s why we always treat it as if it was our own. As part of our Managed Service, HOP will obtain quotes, book the contractors, arrange access, provide notice to tenants, and deal with the invoices – ensuring the whole process is as hassle-free for you as possible.
Contractor charges are deducted from your monthly rental income, unless it is agreed that the works are to be paid for in advance, or for larger works in excess of £600.
Once we have received a tenant request through our automated system, we’ll take appropriate action; responding to any urgent incidents within 24 hours and, for non-urgent incidents, we’ll respond within 7 working days. We also offer Out of Hour Emergency Support.
For any special requests such as new furniture or a request to redecorate, tenants are asked to give full details in writing, which we will then pass on to the landlord for consideration.
