Branch Manager Vacancy at Let-Leeds

It was sad to see Neil Dawkin, our previous branch manager leave the company recently, however we wish him all the best in his new and exciting opportunity over in the North West with Renew Land Developments.

His departure will create an exciting new position at Let-Leeds to help grow the business further by managing the growth of the property portfolio and developing our professional team here at Let-Leeds.

The Branch Manager will create growth opportunities by implementing new business strategies and ensuring all team members are working to their fullest potential and delivering quality service throughout.

Main Responsibilities

  • Setting targets for the office including each of the Lettings Negotiators personal monthly/annual as well as team targets
  • Monitor lettings and new business performance
  • Create new relationships with portfolio landlords and developers
  • Manage portfolio landlords relationships
  • Business networking
  • Record, manage and close formal complaints
  • Oversee lettings co-ordination, renewals and inspections
  • Liaise with company Director and feedback any information based on office performance and discuss strategies to improve turnover
  • Conduct weekly meetings with staff to ensure all relevant communication has been carried over
  • Dealing with any training and development needs to ensure targets are met
  • Manage Staff disciplinary, quarterly appraisals, sickness and holidays
  • Assist in maintaining excellent relationships with Landlords to ensure referrals and repeat business
  • Manage contractors
  • Improve business processes and develop new systems
  • Improve efficiency and costs
  • Manage portals and property marketing

Key Skills

  • Outstanding social skills and ability to develop key relationships
  • Strong leadership, with the ability to develop and motivate your team
  • Experience in developing and implementing business plans in line with strategic objectives
  • Have a clear customer focus with excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • The ability to develop and maintain key relationships with landlords, and other relevant organisations
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good IT skills
